You will help with various tasks with a primary focus on finding, interviewing and hiring security officers. You must be a self-starter who is able to think outside the box. A high volume of daily calls and documentation is required as The Recruiter will work in conjunction with management to ensure all positions are filled, and our clients are happy. Some responsibilities include: Recruiting - Phone screens, interviewing, job offers Maintaining personnel files Assists with new hire training and orientation. Participates in job fairs Various HR/Administrative duties START DATE: Must be able to start right away. As stated above, position requires the person to workday hours, possibly weekends. EXPERIENCE : Recruiter 2+ yrs, we prefer someone with prior security experience or related field.
