Looking for handyman in Atlanta Ga and Metro areas who are experienced with performing a wide range of basic repairs, maintenance including installation tasks in residential or commercial settings. Experience should include plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, and painting work. Skills include having the ability to assess issues, complete repairs using various tools, and communicate with clients or supervisors to ensure a property is well-maintained and functional. Key Responsibilities • Performing Repairs: Completing general maintenance and repair tasks, such as fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues, repairing drywall, and maintaining appliances. • Installation: Installing fixtures like light fixtures, ceiling fans, and toilets, as well as performing basic carpentry, painting, and decorating. • Maintenance and Upkeep: Performing regular upkeep on properties, including cleaning, minor landscaping, and ensuring tools and equipment are in good working order. • Assessment and Communication: Responding to maintenance requests, assessing the scope of a project, communicating with clients or supervisors to understand requirements, and identifying the need for major repairs. • Supply Management: Purchasing necessary supplies and materials and keeping them organized. • Safety and Compliance: Following safety procedures and building codes to ensure work is done correctly and safely. Christmas Light Installers Needed in North Fulton and Gwinnett County Christmas Light Installers needed for work in October, November, December and January. We work 6 days a week. Must be able to work outdoors in the cold and rain while moving ladders around and climbing the ladder 2 stories plus. Looking for someone with a valid clean drivers license.
