Ability to travel within the market, do ride alongs with crews, customer follow ups on potential damage claims or complaints. Ability to manage crew tools and equipment inventory of straps, tools, hand trucks, etc. Make sure crews always have what they need to work efficiently. Ability to interview, train, and manage a territory of at least 8 trucks with 2 man crews. Ability to communicate affectively between dispatchers and truck crews regarding daily routes and operations.
