The project coordinator will carry out the necessary daily tasks to keep a project on track with minimal supervision once trained. MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE. Responsibilities: Monitor the daily progress of production. Check to make sure all parts are completed and ready for shipping Schedule trucking Ensure load lists are correct and communicate any discrepancies to Project Management. Receive all incoming orders and check to make sure orders are complete. Must have exceptional computer skills. FabTrol or Fabsuite/Tekla EPM experience is desirable but not required. Verify, sign off, and take full accountability for all outbound loads—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for shipment. Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with Production, QC, and Warehouse teams to resolve material discrepancies before shipment. Maintain alignment with company chain-of-custody and tracking systems to support material accuracy and traceability. Safety & Compliance Enforce strict compliance with company SOPs for safety, quality, and documentation. Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock environment. Act as a role model for proper material handling and safety practices. Qualifications Required Bilingual: English/Spanish proficiency (verbal and written). 3+ years of leadership experience in dock, warehouse, or shipping/receiving within manufacturing, millwork, or distribution. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics (local deliveries and common carrier freight). Proven ability to manage a team, delegate effectively, and enforce accountability. High attention to detail with verification, labeling, and material handling. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on, production-driven environment. Preferred Familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience with Agility ERP (a plus).
