SALES COORDINATOR / MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR As our Membership Advisor / Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, shaping unforgettable experiences and guiding them toward our exclusive spa memberships. Responsibilities: • Build relationships with guests during their spa visit. • Qualify and nurture guests thru a memorable experience. • Offer the guest a spa membership during checkout. • Track and update client interactions, ensuring clean data. Requirements: • Background in Sales (2-4 years) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Extremely organized. • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time. • Sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities. • Excellent at building rapport.
