As the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations & Insights, youâll partner with leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy, optimize revenue performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven leader who enjoys supporting teams, building scalable processes, and leading cross-functional initiatives that elevate our revenue engine and fuel our mission.
Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?Â
Within 30 days, you will:Â
Develop a deep understanding of Evolvâs mission, understand our product, services, and valuesâŻÂ
Learn about our GTM organizationâŻand build relationships within the GTM leadership team and business partners across the companyÂ
Assess the current state of forecasting, pipeline health and analytics maturityÂ
Develop an initial executive level dashboard with key metricsÂ
Deliver a 30-day readout with key observations, quick wins and initial hypotheses for improvementÂ
Within 3 months, you will:âŻÂ
Develop an analytics and insights roadmapÂ
Deliver early wins in automation, reporting and forecasting Launch initiatives to improve pipeline visibility and forecast accuracyÂ

Play an active role in implementing scalable, automated GTM systems including the Quote to Cash company wide initiativesÂ
Launch a predictive analytics model for pipeline and revenue forecastingÂ
Lead annual planning cycle with data driven territory and quota designÂ
Reduced manual process and improved data hygieneÂ
Equip team with tools and processes to increase account penetration and increase product portfolio of our customersÂ

Own the development of data driven insights that inform go to market strategy, performance, optimization and GTM initiativesÂ
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support strategic initiativesÂ
Champion the use of analytics and automation to streamline operations and enhance visibility into revenue performanceÂ
Leadership and InnovationÂ
Lead strategic planning cycles including territory design and quota settingÂ
Architect scalable processes and systems to support GTM efficiency, effectiveness and data hygieneÂ
Lead cross functional initiatives to improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and customer lifecycle insightsÂ
Champion adoption of best practices across GTM teamsÂ
Insights & Executive ReportingÂ
Build and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance across the revenue funnelÂ
Own the development of executive level dashboards, performance metrics and business reviews that surface trends, risks and opportunitiesÂ
Deliver executive level insights that inform strategic decisions and drive accountabilityÂ
Identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities across the revenue funnelÂ
Operational ExcellenceÂ
Optimize GTM processes and systems to improve productivity and scalabilityÂ
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation through SFDC and other internal tools. Drive requirements gathering process for these projectsÂ
Be an active participant in the company wide Quote to Cash initiative, especially focusing on data, analytics and process to support forecasting and revenue insights.Â

You will be joining the Revenue Operations team and reporting directly to the current VP of Revenue Operations. Â

Where is the role located?Â
Our ideal candidate is based near our headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts, with flexibility to work remotely some days. We are also open to exceptional remote candidates located within the continental United States, with the expectation of occasional travel to our Waltham headquarters and alignment to Eastern Time Zone hours.
Compensation and Transparency Statement Â
The base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000- $178,000. In addition to base salary, this role offers a competitive target bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. This range reflects our commitment to pay transparency and equity, in alignment with applicable state laws. Our compensation ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, location, market benchmarks, and internal equity. The posted range represents the good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role across U.S. locations. Actual compensation within the range will be based on the candidateâs skills, experience, education, and geographic location.âŻâŻÂ
