When necessary aid in all other areas of the dining services. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Responsibilities and Duties Maintains a clean and orderly work station in the kitchen to the standards set by the department. Aware and capable of addressing special dietary needs properly. Receives and stocks inventory, rotates products and alerts of products to order. Follows standardized recipes to prepare and expedite food for meal service’s. Washes dishes, cleans and sanitizes food surfaces, empties trash and cleans the floor after every service. Aids in dining hall setup/cleanup.  Qualifications Three years experience in a high volume food service establishment. Knife skills and knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment. Basic baking concepts. Works well with others and has the ability to follow direction with competence and understanding. Displays an attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Provides a current Servsafe certificate. Ability to lift thirty pounds. Valid driver’s license. Fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
