Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental or medical office management experience (dental experience strongly preferred). Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes and patient billing. Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar). Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff. Ability to multitask, delegate effectively, and maintain a professional, positive attitude.
