We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Controller to manage the financial operations for a Medical Practice and a growing portfolio of multiple, privately-held businesses. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated and proactive professional to take ownership of all accounting functions and become a key member of our team. You will work directly with ownership and leadership to provide clear financial insights and help streamline processes across different entities. Responsibilities: • Manage the full accounting cycle for multiple businesses, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. • Prepare and analyze accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance. • Assist with tax preparation by preparing documents for year-end closing. • Proactively monitor cash flow and track key financial metrics. • Collaborate closely with management to identify discrepancies, offer financial insights, and improve processes. • Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and proprietary information. Requirements: • Proven experience managing multiple entities simultaneously. • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks. • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A resourceful and proactive problem-solver.
