Responsibilities Install and design heating and cooling equipment and systems for residential and commercial clients Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment Utilize a company-supplied iPad to document installations and complete work orders accurately Collect payment for services rendered when required Address and follow up on any equipment issues to ensure customer satisfaction Submit all required paperwork to the office, ensuring completeness and accuracy Maintain minimum required stock on the company vehicle for installations Recommend and sell equipment, service agreements, and accessories when appropriate for the customer Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in HVAC installation (preferred) EPA Type II Certification (preferred) Valid NY Driver’s License Ability to work effectively in both residential and commercial environments Strong work ethic and commitment to excellent customer service Reliable, team-oriented, and able to maintain a drug-free workplace Compensation $21.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience and performance. Additional earning potential through commission, bonuses, and tips. Good morning The Brick Doctor here... I am looking for someone to work with me part time , usually 3 to 4 days a week, to execute masonry repair work for various clients in the Charleston area. I am semi-retired and would really like to establish a good working relationship with someone I could train in masonry repair . I do a variety of scopes of work, cutting brick out for windows and doors to be added , repairing mortar in steps, fixing cracked brick due to settling, matching mortar color, patching concrete, brick walkways and patios and on and on. I will also take on carpentry jobs from time to time mostly decks. Most all of my jobs are one or two days long and we don't engage in any large scale new construction jobs. I can stay plenty busy with repair work! Must be able to lift heavy stuff, climb scaffold, use a cut off saw, etc... you know masonry stuff. ! I try not to work full weeks but sometimes I do , I try to keep it to a 4 day week. The pay is good and the work usually not too hard.
