This role requires both leadership and technical expertise in painting methods, including spray, brush, and roller application, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Oversee all stages of painting projects, including surface and prep application, and finishing. Inspect work regularly to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Monitor and manage material, tools, equipment usage. Keep accurate records of Labor hours, materials, and project progress. Expertise in painting tools, equipment, and application methods.
