We are a small Residential Custom Contractor that specializes in Remodels and New Homes, with more than 30 years of doing business in the Eugene/Springfield area. We pride ourselves in quality craftsmanship and showing the upmost respect and cleanliness as we work in client’s homes. Immediate opening, We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years experience. Individual needs to be competent and knowledgeable in framing through finish work with the ability to read blue prints. Must be able to work independently as well as direct and teach other apprentice carpenters on the job. Employee must be able to perform manual labor, be organized, have good problem-solving skills and focused attention to details. Reliable and able to work 40 hrs per week M-F. Need to have own hand tools. Reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening. We offer 100% employer paid Health Insurance for the employee.
