Equipment & Safety • Operate and maintain commercial-grade mowers, string trimmers, blowers, plow trucks, skid steers, and other tools. • Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles. • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and OSHA guidelines. Qualifications • Minimum of 3+ years of experience (5-7 years or more preferred) in landscaping, property services, or construction trades, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. • Proficiency with commercial mowers, string trimmers, and snow removal equipment. • Ability to lead and motivate a small crew. • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL a plus. • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, rain). • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
