Apply at www.corporatecare.com/careers EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • 1 year experience and or training desired but not mandatory; we provide training • Demonstrated ability to work as a team • photo taking skills a plus • Valid driver license required • Ability to handle changing priorities and achieve desired objectives required • Ability to work nights and weekends and adjust scheduled to meet business needs ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensures all work is completed per work order instructions and ensures work orders are then completed with all proper time and notes captured • Ensures all scheduled jobs come in at budgeted scheduled hours or better • Understand/accurately perform all cleaning (restorative/maintenance) methods for carpet, furniture and wall panels, to include, upholstery, fabric, and leather • Understand and accurately perform cleaning (restorative and maintenance) methods for hard surfaces including but not limited to ceramic, porcelain and stone • Understand and accurately perform water damage restoration • Complete work order paperwork, before/after pictures after each job and notify supervisor of any special circumstances. • Responsible for maintaining a safe work area including the use of caution signs and barriers • Be able to drive company vehicles to and from client locations • Responsible for care and cleanliness of cleaning equipment and vehicles • Report to work on time and in proper uniform • Pursue obtaining IICRC certifications in commercial carpet, upholstery, water restoration and ceramic tile • Follow rules, policies, regulations as outlined in company handbook • Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner • Physical demands; while performing the duties of this job, you will be required to stand and walk, frequently required to use hands to fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms, occasionally required to sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, frequently lift and or up to 50 pounds. • Communicate issues, concerns and questions to supervisor EXPECTED RESULTS • Effectively accomplish assigned work orders and efficient coordinate resources to address needs • Timely and effective response to team needs • Ensure consistent, accurate communication and alignment of efforts within the team • Obtain IICRC Carpet, Upholstery, Water Restoration and Hard Floors Certifications • Adherence to all policies and procedures Apply at www.corporatecare.com/careers.
