WANT TO SAVE A DOG'S LIFE? PAID STIPEND OPPORTUNITY TO DOG FOSTER! (Oxnard)
Looking to make a real difference? ❤️ Fostering a dog is one of the most rewarding things you can do. At Ace of Hearts Dog Rescue, we save dogs from high-risk shelters before they’re euthanized, and place them into loving foster homes while they wait for their forever families. We need long-term fosters for medium/large breed dogs listed below. Please let us know who you are interested in fostering when you reply! Also include your contact phone # and email: ❤️AXEL - 4 year old Lab/Aussie mix. Our beautiful boy is extremely intelligent and high energy. He is friendly and playful with other dogs, leash trained and potty trained but needs an experienced dog handler who is active and can give him the training and stimulation he needs. Axel is loyal and loving and looking for his forever home. We need a foster who has experience with large, energetic dogs, can continue working on his training (we’ll provide support!) and who is patient, consistent, and understands dog behavior. ❤️DOZER - 5 year old, Male, American Bulldog/Bullmastiff Mix. Dozer, is a laid- back boy who is all about lounging and loving. Dozer is a true couch potato at heart, preferring to spend his days relaxing at home rather than being overly active. He’s incredibly easygoing and affectionate, getting along well with everyone he meets. While Dozer is a loving and friendly companion, he would do best as the only dog in the household. He has no other medical concerns and is in great health. If you’re looking for a sweet, relaxed dog to share your home with, Dozer could be the perfect fit. He’s ready to bring his easygoing nature and affectionate spirit into a home where he can be the sole center of attention. ❤️BARNABUS - 2 year old, Male, Cocker Spaniel/Terrier Mix. Barnabus is an amazing pup with a huge love for fetch—give him a ball, and he’s the happiest dog in the world! Barnabus thrives in a calm environment where he’s spoken to with kindness and allowed to come to you on his own terms. Once he feels secure, his sweet and loyal personality truly shines. He enjoys quiet walks, the company of men, watching the world go by, and engaging with the people around him. He’s great with kids, other animals, and people, making him a wonderful companion in the right home. Barnabus does have a quirky growl, but don’t be alarmed—it’s his way of asking for attention, especially when he wants to play! He’s been misunderstood in the past, but in the right hands, he’ll flourish into the perfect, devoted best friend. **Needs a foster starting 9/30, he really likes men so a male foster is preferred but not required! 🐶 Why Foster? We’re a fully foster-based rescue — we don’t have a facility. That means we can’t save more dogs unless we have more fosters. We provide: All food, supplies, and medical care You provide: A safe loving home and help show these dogs what it means to be cared for. This is NOT a job, but it is a paid opportunity to be compensated for your time, effort, and commitment. ✅ ✅ PLEASE READ – FOSTER REQUIREMENTS ✅ ✅ Must be 21+ Must already have full approval from landlord, roommates, family, etc. Must be able to attend adoption events and supply pickups at Petco in West Hollywood every other Saturday Must be able to transport dog to/from vet appointments Must commit to at least 4 weeks of fostering (Short-term fosters still needed too – even a few days can save a life!) Must provide: ✅ Full name ✅ Phone number ✅ Email address ✅ A little about yourself and your experience Fostering gives dogs a second chance at life. You'll help them build confidence, feel safe, and finally become the amazing dog we know they can be. 🐾 If you meet the above requirements and are ready to be a part of something life-changing, reach out today. Include your name, phone number, email, and a little about yourself and your availability. Let’s save lives together. 🐾 📍 Los Angeles, CA 🌐 www.aceofheartsdogs.com Let’s save lives together. ❤️🐕
