This is not a job interview — it’s a pay-per-sale referral program: when a person you refer buys a car from me, you get $200. No limit — send as many qualified buyers as you want. How it works 1. You send me the referral’s name & phone number before they come to the dealership (so I can verify they were referred by you). 2. I contact the buyer and if they complete a purchase from me, you get $200 for that sale. 3. Repeat. Unlimited. Simple rules (so everyone’s protected) • Referral must be a new customer to me (not already in my CRM or previously working with my sales team). • You must provide the referral’s name + phone number before they arrive and buy so I can verify who referred them. • The buyer must consent to being contacted by me (don’t share info without their permission). • No fake leads or fraudulent accounts — payment will be withheld and referral program privileges revoked if a lead is fraudulent. • This is a referral/commission arrangement — not employment. You are responsible for your own taxes on referral earnings. Payout & timing • Payment of $200 will be made to you after the sale funds clear (I will pay by cash/PayPal/Venmo/check — we’ll agree on method). • I aim to pay within 7 days of deal finalization.
