





Bakery Supervisor – Mia’s Bakery (NYC) About Us: Mia’s Bakery is a fast-paced, full-service bakery known for our custom cakes, pastries, and desserts. With multiple NYC locations, we take pride in quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experience. Position: Bakery Supervisor Location: Brooklyn / Upper East Side Schedule: Full-time (including weekends and holidays) Responsibilities: Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service. Lead and motivate staff to deliver top-tier customer service. Handle staff scheduling, training, and daily shift organization. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with kitchen and management. Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health codes. Support managers with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and reporting. Requirements: 2+ years of supervisory experience in a bakery, café, or restaurant. Strong leadership and communication skills. Reliable, organized, and hands-on. Comfortable in a busy, high-volume environment. Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure. Knowledge of POS systems (Square or Micros experience preferred).
