Responsibilities include data entry and processing overhead invoices and expense reports, handling vendor calls for payment inquiries, and processing W-9 requests/setting up new vendors. You’ll manage multiple in-house crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and high-quality.
