Our partner organization is seeking a Manager, Development to lead and execute signature fundraising events across the Seattle, WA metro area. This remote role plays a vital part in advancing the mission to support individuals and families affected by ALS through fundraising, outreach, and community engagement. The Manager will work closely with the Director of Development and a collaborative development team to drive successful event outcomes aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to achieve a minimum revenue goal of $500,000 through three major events annually. Support the recruitment, engagement, and retention of honorary chairs, event committees, and community stakeholders. Conduct outreach to sponsors and donors through meetings, calls, and emails; ensure all sponsorship benefits are fulfilled in accordance with partnership agreements. POSITION SUMMARY The Development Manager will oversee the organization’s fundraising and manage donor relationships across individuals, groups, nonprofits, businesses, and corporations.
