Work Scheduled will be • Weekend Shift Friday, Saturday & Sunday 5:30am-6pm (3 x 12 hour shift week, OT is available) - $25.80/hr Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities) Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment. Fits, aligns, calibrates and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements; repairing units or products that have failed to meet requirements. • This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training. • The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. • Technical knowledge required is limited to the tasks performed in own discipline area and is considered basic. • The tasks are generally routine and manual. • The job is expected to follow detailed and defined rules / instructions and to make simple judgement in straightforward situations. • Typically requires selecting between solutions already established. Job Responsibilities: Assembly and Testing: Assemble wire harnesses according to technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Test wiring continuity using a continuity tester. Component Preparation: Select wires of specified color, marking, or length, and loop wires between guide pegs on harness board. Quality Control: Inspect and verify own work using visual aids, checklists, and inspection tools. Identify and escalate discrepancies or design issues. Documentation: Mark identifying data on completed harness and contribute to updates of work instructions and BOMs. Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and comply with all safety protocols and use of PPE. Requirements Experience: 2-5 years of related experience in wire harness assembly, depending on the level of seniority. Technical Skills: Proficient in soldering, crimping, and stripping wires, with a solid understanding of wire harness mechanical assembly. Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a physically demanding environment. Communication Skills: Able to comprehend and follow moderately complex written and verbal instructions. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Relevant certifications in the electrical or electronic industry. Salary Range The salary range for a wire harness assembler can vary from $18 to $25 per hour.

Pay: $40.00/per hour DOE Summary / Objective The Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role includes preparing and analyzing financial reports, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The Accountant plays a key role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports • Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements with US GAAP. • Manage general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations between multiple systems • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting • Maintain and monitor internal controls to ensure financial integrity • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations. • Provide financial information to external CPAs for State and Federal income tax • Complete and file the following tax returns: CA Sales and Use tax, Los Angeles City tax, and Business Property Tax (form 571-L) • Prepare payroll and other financial information for business insurance policy renewals • Coordinate audits and assist with audit processes • Prepare and post all required journal entries for month-end and year-end close processes • Generate reports for management decision-making • Assist with new ERP implementation once the project is approved • Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting regulations, and procedures • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) • Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Must have hands-on experience with manufacturing ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Aptean, Epicor, or similar platforms.
