Position Description: LTC is seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and be proficient in operating manual and CNC machining equipment. This role requires an independent Machinist with great attention to detail and the ability to set up, maintain, and operate machinery. This role will be responsible for producing and reworking high-quality parts which meet strict tolerance specifications. This role will also be vital in developing the LTC machine shop into a fully functioning production shop to increase our manufacturing capability and efficiency. Responsibilities to include: • Operate manual and CNC machines to produce low-volume production parts, making real-time adjustments for optimal performance. • Utilize a manual Lathe and Mill to modify non-compliant components. • Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to support production builds, including reworking parts and troubleshooting assembly challenges. • Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes. • Perform troubleshooting on machine issues. • Specify new equipment and tooling. • Specify and develop fixturing for machining precision parts with moderate complexity. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience operating manual machines in a manufacturing or R&D environment. • Experience with operating multi-axis CNC machines (mills and lathes) is a plus. • Strong understanding of machining procedures, materials, and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) • Good understanding of G-code and hand-editing code at the machine. • Strict adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manuals. • Strong Mathematical Skills • Analytical skills • Attention to detail • Teamwork and communication skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus • Familiarity with SolidWorks for interpreting designs is preferred. Summary The Production Technician is responsible for assembling, calibrating, and testing our products, as well as performing measurement services related to our products.  This full-time, hourly role involves hands-on assembly and testing of precision products, as well as performing repair services in a controlled lab environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn technical concepts related to optics, photometry, and metrology. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform manual assembly and repair of components according to detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using imaging software and other precision tools. Operate and maintain lab instruments and equipment. Maintain accurate production records, including workflow documentation and quality logs. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify and resolve assembly issues. Follow all safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures, including gowning protocols and material handling guidelines. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional training. Requirements High school diploma or GED; A.S. Electronics, technical training or certification is preferred. 6-12 months experience in cleanroom assembly, manufacturing, or technical environment; familiar with ESD protocols and procedures. Basic understanding of electronics, electronic assembly and schematic interpretation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access). Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and data collection to aid in root cause analyses. Demonstrated ability to multi-task without compromising quality or attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and evolving product requirements to maintain productivity and quality. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician/Label Control Technician to join us in our purpose of providing “Clean Hands for a Healthy World.”  At Kutol our QA Technicians/Label Control Technician Provide oversight of the label area, including receipt, approval, issuance, counts, accountability and inventory.  Perform QA functions to include daily manufacturing cGMP inspection and balance/scale checks; product disposition; preparation of CoA/CoM; preparation, revision and issuance of standard operating procedures; preparation, revision and issuance of packaging instructions/specifications and provide support to internal and external customers in compliance with government regulations and customer requirements. Provide support during customer and regulatory audits. Provide support to the Incoming Inspection when necessary. The varied duties of this role allow team members to grow their skills, responsibilities of this position include: Perform visual and dimensional inspection of incoming labels using measuring instruments, specifications and drawings and determine compliance/release or rejection. Provide oversight of the controlled label area by performing receipt, approval, issuance audits, count verifications, inventory and reconciliation of labels.  Perform daily inspections of the Manufacturing areas and balance/scale checks.  Work with Manufacturing Management/Supervision to ensure quality issues are addressed. Review manufacturing records for disposition. Disposition Finished Product in SAP (i.e. Release, Reject, Quarantine). Review Work in Process, Reprocess and Rework requests for additional requirements and provide Quality approval to proceed. Review and Issue packaging instructions/specifications, formulas, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Certificates of Manufacture (CoM) and CoA/CoM templates. Assist in writing/revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Issue SOPs for approval, distribute and keep SOP manuals up to date with current revisions. Maintain Master Manufacturing Records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Conduct quality investigations as directed and prepare findings. Provide support to internal and external customers. Support education of others in current Good Manufacturing Practices, applicable regulations, and company Continuous Improvement initiatives. Compile all required reports and documents on the performance of the above duties. Serve as back-up to QA Incoming Inspection when needed. Perform or assist with Internal Audits in compliance with cGMP regulations. Other projects or duties as assigned Requirements Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in science or related field to meet FDA requirements for sign offs. 2+ years of quality experience.   Knowledge/Skills and ability: Knowledge and understanding of quality principles and cGMP compliance in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of various testing apparatus beneficial. Detail oriented and well organized; strong math, writing, and reasoning skills. Self-starter with ability to work and think independently. Effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel. Writing skills with the ability to create procedures, packaging instructions/ specifications, cGMP documentation. Ability to interact and impact quality on the manufacturing floor and support customer requirements. Physical/Mental Requirements: Hand/eye coordination (computers).
