Position Description: LTC is seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and be proficient in operating manual and CNC machining equipment. This role requires an independent Machinist with great attention to detail and the ability to set up, maintain, and operate machinery. This role will be responsible for producing and reworking high-quality parts which meet strict tolerance specifications. This role will also be vital in developing the LTC machine shop into a fully functioning production shop to increase our manufacturing capability and efficiency. Responsibilities to include: • Operate manual and CNC machines to produce low-volume production parts, making real-time adjustments for optimal performance. • Utilize a manual Lathe and Mill to modify non-compliant components. • Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to support production builds, including reworking parts and troubleshooting assembly challenges. • Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes. • Perform troubleshooting on machine issues. • Specify new equipment and tooling. • Specify and develop fixturing for machining precision parts with moderate complexity. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience operating manual machines in a manufacturing or R&D environment. • Experience with operating multi-axis CNC machines (mills and lathes) is a plus. • Strong understanding of machining procedures, materials, and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) • Good understanding of G-code and hand-editing code at the machine. • Strict adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manuals. • Strong Mathematical Skills • Analytical skills • Attention to detail • Teamwork and communication skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus • Familiarity with SolidWorks for interpreting designs is preferred. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory data by performing daily cycle counts and supporting material consumption tracking following each production run. Key Responsibilities • Pick supplies and supply production lines with raw materials for production in a timely manner  • Track materials through use of the ERP system  • Complete consumptions and turn in completed job cards as soon as possible  • Perform material verifications and inventory counts as necessary  • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and ERP system records  • Ensures that materials staged for orders are accurate  • Ensure raw materials are segregated properly (i.e. Organic kept separate from non- organic and Allergens stored properly below non-allergen items)  • Oversees stock replenishment according to production needs  • Count, verify, rotate and put away raw materials as needed  • Restock raw materials once production is complete (ensure pallets are clean, organized, and that all ingredients are labeled properly)  • Shrink wrap products to pallets prior to being placed into storage locations  • Perform any other duties as required by Manager or Supervisor , but you may be assigned other duties as needed.  Requirements 1-2 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing support role Familiarity with RFSmart, NetSuite, or other warehouse/inventory systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Comfortable working on the plant floor and in warehouse environments. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
