Full-time Monday-Friday 1st Shift hours are 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (starting at $15/per hour) Performance-Based Increases: Start at $15/hr with the ability to make up to $19/hr if exceeding performance initiatives within 90 days. Work in a large and clean fulfillment center where you can spread out and work without being packed in with hundreds of other employees. Wantable is looking for positive and energetic Fulfillment Associates to pick and pack orders and process returns in our fulfillment center. Benefits: • Free coffee in the break room • 50% employee discount • Health, dental, vision and 401k (after a waiting period) • Enjoy listening to music/podcasts during your shift (you must bring your headphones) Summary: The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking and packing orders, processing returned orders and assembling boxes for shipping. This position reports to the Fulfillment Center Manager. Primary Responsibilities: • Pick and pack customer orders. • Assemble shipping boxes. • Replenish inventory in picking bins. • Maintain the work area and equipment in an orderly condition. • Process Reverse Shipments in an efficient manner. • Other duties as assigned by Fulfillment Center Leadership. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Daily attendance is necessary. This position requires the employee to be on their feet for the majority of the shift. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
