In this role, you will be responsible for prepping and painting structural steel components, as well as assisting with the loading and unloading of materials. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting the overall operations of the shop and helping us meet high standards for quality and safety.
