Available Positions: We are currently hiring for the following positions: A) Lead Climber ($30-$50/hour DOE) Responsibilities: - Perform expert pruning according to ANSI A300 and ISA standards. - Climb and remove common NW trees. - Proficiently use heavy rigging equipment (port-a-wrap, lowering devices, GRCS, etc.). - Assist in job site planning, hazard identification, and crew efficiency. - Provide training and mentorship to crew members. - Install various tree cabling systems. - Identify tree species, risk, and hazards. - Adhere to all required PPE and safety protocols. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of climbing experience. - Proficient in SRT/SRS/MRS climbing techniques. - Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. - Full-time, year-round commitment. - Excellent team player with a positive attitude. - Must be at least 18 years old.
