We are a full-service landscaping company working with high-end residential properties primarily in the Bellevue/Redmond, WA area. We are seeking a motivated leader to join our growing team. We are looking for a landscape maintenance crew leader to manage a team of 2 people and be able to maintain client properties according to our comprehensive landscape maintenance program. This is a full-time position with salary increases based on experience acquired. Requirements: • 5 – 7 years of experience in landscaping maintenance. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a crew leader. • Experience using tools and machines (lawn mowers, edgers, weed eaters, hedge trimmer shears, hand pruners for natural pruning, loppers, pruning saws, blowers, backpack sprayers, spring rakes, and aerators). • Experience driving a truck and trailer. • Team management, able to lead 2 members. • Experience managing maintenance routes and filling out paperwork. • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a truck with a trailer attached. • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. The Laborer / Carpenter Apprentice helps with many project tasks including, but not limited to, prepping the work areas, staging supplies and tools, and assisting with framing, trimming, installing siding, windows, doors and cabinets. Cleans the work area frequently during the day and before the end of the shift. Keeps tools, supplies and equipment organized and in good repair.
