Job Description: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs. Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms. Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas. Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary. Clean and sanitize bathrooms. Cleaning windowsills and windows. Maintain janitor closets, supplies and equipment clean and organized Inform property manager when supplies are needed Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times. General cleanliness of property Other routine basic cleaning duties as assigned Daily reports sent in writing to the on site property manager Follow proper timekeeping protocol Drive to different properties to clean apartments when need it

Duties Include/But are not Limited Cleaning the property making sure its clean at all times there are 4 properties in one location. Cleaning mirrors/wiping down furniture. Cleaning ceiling lights/Replacing Burnt out lights. Cleaning spider webs/Cleaning property cameras . Blowing leaves once a day. Hosing down property in the morning. Keeping track of houshould supplies. There are 3 dogs that need to be walked and have their meals prepared daily BEING HANDY IS A PLUS. Must have CAR to get to work. Must have Driver Licence Must be able to travel to New york and Pensylvania Regularly. We are hiring a Hot Oil Truck Operator to support oilfield service operations. This role involves safely transporting and handling heated oil at active oilfield job sites, following DOT regulations and company safety standards. A valid Class A CDL is required, and prior experience in oilfield or hot oil truck operations is strongly preferred. Responsibilities: • Safely operate a hot oil truck and associated equipment on active oilfield sites • Transport heated oil and other fluids in compliance with safety and environmental protocols • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of assigned equipment. • Complete daily logs and required documentation accurately. • Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and general labor as needed. • Be available for occasional after-hours or emergency response work. Qualifications: • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Required • Driving experience – Preferred • 6+ months of hot oil truck and/or oilfield experience – Preferred • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission trucks. • Must pass DOT drug and alcohol screening and a background check. • Must provide a current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) • Hazmat and Tanker endorsements – Required (can be obtained within the 90-day probationary period) Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly. • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions • Physically able to climb, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
