Complete regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning, engine tune-ups, and preventative service. Work on various components, such as propellers, sails, and navigational equipment. Communicate effectively with clients, explaining maintenance needs and answering their questions. Ensure all boat systems are Waterworthy and functioning correctly. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a marine mechanic or similar role. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Familiarity with a range of marine systems and components. Ability to adapt to different weather conditions and perform physical tasks. Formal marine mechanic training is a plus, but excellent candidates without it will be considered.
