Role Overview - Part-time, flexible schedule: record 1-2 hours of video data each day from your home (must have a full kitchen and reliable internet). - Pay-per-task model: - $30/(hour of approved data) during the 1-week screening period using your own phone. - Earn up to $60/(hour of approved data) for more complex tasks after screening. - Fast payments, within 2-3 business days via Stripe. What You’ll Do - Record motion capture videos of common household tasks to train our AI models. After the screening period you will be using our supplied equipment. Examples include arranging shoes, picking up random objects, or folding a t-shirt. - Collaborate closely with our team—your submissions will directly shape the behavior and learning of our robot. - Receive continuous feedback to ensure high-quality data and improve performance over time. - Protect data privacy by signing an NDA. - Note that this is NOT a software developer or coding role. Work with our office, crews, and project managers to ensure jobs are completed safely and roofs are installed up to Sawtooth Roofing standards Responsibilities • Greet homeowners daily and keep them informed of jobsite progress in person or by phone • Prior to a job starting review the safety check list with the crew • Take daily pictures of job progress • Inspect projects daily for any quality control issues • Check for safety violations daily • Inspect roofs upon completion • Complete customer walk through upon roof completion • Turn in time sheets and completed quality control forms daily Qualifications • 3+ years of roofing experience • Must be able to take direction and then work independently • Be on time (tardiness will not be accepted) • Be a quick learner and show a sense of urgency when working • Work well with others • Candidates need to be able to be self-starters, yet take direction from supervisor
