Key Responsibilities: -Lead and direct a team of tradespeople on construction sites. -Coordinate and oversee the workflow for various projects. -Ensure all construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications. -Prepare and manage materials lists and order necessary supplies. -Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring completion within designated timeframes. -Conduct on-site inspections and provide technical guidance and instruction to the team. -Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Qualifications: -Bilingual in Spanish is required. -Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or in a similar supervisory role. -Expert knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and power tools. -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Excellent communication skills, organizational, customer service and project coordination abilities. -Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. -Proficiency in a variety of construction methods and materials. -Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project completion.
