We're looking for a full time, year round, in-home installer for our Indianapolis division (all types of interior window coverings, motorized screen shades, motorized awnings and motorized pergolas). We primarily work in new, high end homes where professionalism is a must. You will have a company van to drive and will be provided company tools. You will also have a national support team to help with continued training after the full training that you will go through. WE HAVE A 4 DAY WORK WEEK WITH FLEXIABLE SCHEULDING. Our #1 focus as a company is customer service where you must be able to deliver high quality, face to face customer service with the homeowners you meet. If you perform well in this position you could move up to a salesperson and/or transfer to Florida or Indianapolis. Multiple people have done this.
