About the role: Our accounting department has high standards for efficiency and accuracy and we are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic and reputable organization. The Accounting Director plays a critical operational role in aligning financial strategy with business objectives across the organization, working in close collaboration with the VP of Finance to deliver timely, accurate financial data, variance analyses, and executive-ready reporting that supports strategic decision-making. Leading all facets of accounting operations, the Accounting Director oversees financial reporting, process optimization, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Prepare monthly reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and variance schedules for review by the VP of Finance and senior leadership. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and compliance with policies.
