Deck and Outdoor Living installation company is seeking skilled Lead Carpenters to run 3 person crews. We are seeking motivated persons who have 5 or more years experience building decks, stairs, railings and related outdoor living components. Seasoned framers can be trained quickly. If you have experience with composite decking, aluminum railing that's a great start. We will invest the time and money to train anyone who thinks they can perform at a high level. An eye for quality and willingness to produce efficiently while managing two team members. Reliable truck for hauling tools, basic tools and valid drivers license are required. We have full time work throughout the year. Motivated individuals can earn far above industry standard on a piece rate program. Medical/Dental/Vision insurance & 401k after short waiting period.
