Truck/Van, tools and drywall experience a plus. Take home vehicle available for the right individual. Clean appearance, smartphone, reliable transportation, and DEPENDABILITY a must. Work consists of new construction, light commercial, remodels, repaints, shop finishes and fine home painting in Pierce and Kitsap Counties. You should have a proven track record in: • Advanced Tree Climbing: Proficient in various climbing techniques, including SRT and DRT, and experienced in safely accessing trees for various tasks. • Tree Removal: Expert in technical and high-risk tree removals, including rigging and strategic felling in confined or complex spaces. • Tree Pruning: Knowledgeable in industry-standard pruning techniques (e.g., ANSI A300 standards) to improve tree health, structure, and aesthetics. • Equipment Operation: Skilled in operating and maintaining equipment like chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders, mini-ski, excavator experience a plus. • Safety: Committed to following all safety protocols and procedures on the job site.
