Experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Agent Are you a licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) agent ready for a rewarding career with a growing, independent agency? Triton Insurance Group is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and client-focused agent to join our successful team. We are looking for a motivated individual who excels at building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities Grow a book of business: Proactively prospect and network to generate and qualify new leads. Consult and customize: Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their needs and present the ideal coverage options for auto, home, and commercial policies. Manage customer accounts: Service and maintain existing client relationships through account reviews, policy renewals, and addressing coverage changes. Resolve issues: Assist clients with the claims process and other policy-related inquiries. Remain compliant: Stay informed on industry trends, products, and regulations to ensure ethical and legal standards are always met. Qualifications Active and valid Property & Casualty license is required. 3 years of experience as a P&C agent, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with agency management software, quoting tools, and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Compensation and benefits Earnings potential: Base plus Commission. Multiple plans and option for compensation.
