Job description Position Summary: We’re looking for an Entry-Level Closet Installer to join our growing team. You’ll work alongside experienced lead installers to learn the ins and outs of closet installation—from basic assembly to fine-tuning finished details. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a close-knit, detail-focused team. What You'll Do: · Assist with loading and unloading materials each morning and afternoon · Help prepare and organize tools, hardware, and closet components at job sites · Learn how to read and follow installation plans and layouts · Support lead installer with measuring, drilling, leveling, and assembling systems · Help ensure each installation is clean, precise, and professionally presented · Keep work areas clean during and after installation · Interact respectfully with clients and represent our company with professionalism · Participate in ongoing training to grow into more independent installer roles · Chance of promotions within the company Qualifications: · No prior closet installation experience required — we’ll train you · Must be punctual, responsible, and eager to learn · Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs · Comfortable using power tools (or willing to learn) · Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow direction · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation · Must be able to work safely on ladders and in various home environments · Good communication skills and a team player mindset What We Offer: · Paid, hands-on training from experienced installers · Opportunities for growth into junior and senior installer roles · Consistent work schedule (Monday–Friday) · Supportive, respectful work environment · Paid holidays after probationary period · Career path in a skilled trade — not just a job, but a craft Join our team as an Entry Level Installer where you can develop your skills in a supportive environment while contributing to exciting projects!
