Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Computer Repair Technician to join our Phoenix team! In this role, you will diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, phones, and tablets, as well as assist customers with device questions and in-store sales. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both hardware and software. Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, phones, and tablets • Perform hardware replacement, software troubleshooting, and data backup/wipe • Test and refurbish devices for resale • Assist customers with questions and basic sales at the counter • Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: • Experience in computer and/or mobile device repair (preferred but not required if willing to learn) • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Good communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time or Part-time available If you’re passionate about tech and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you!
