Key Responsibilities - • Manage sign projects from start to finish, including design coordination, permitting, fabrication, and installation. • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, installers, and internal teams. • Review drawings, specifications, and job requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules; monitor progress and adjust as needed. • Oversee site surveys, permit applications, and code compliance. • Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure quality and efficiency. • Manage subcontractors and field crews, ensuring safe and timely installations. • Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients. • Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track. • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships. Qualifications- • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the sign industry (required). • Strong knowledge of signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods. • Understanding of city codes, permitting processes, and ADA compliance. • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. • Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and (preferred) sign-specific software (e.g., Adobe: Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat). • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
