🚐 Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Drivers — Full & Part-T (Boynton Beach)

Compensation: $14/hr + overtime + bonuses (W-2) Employment type: Full-time / Part-time / Weekends Location: Palm Beach County Company: Royal Transportation About the role We’re hiring dependable, compassionate drivers to transport patients to and from medical appointments. You’ll provide door-to-door service, assist riders safely in/out of vehicles, and ensure on-time arrivals. What you’ll do • Pick up and drop off members for scheduled medical appointments • Provide safe, courteous, and professional service at all times • Assist with walkers/wheelchairs and secure mobility devices (training provided) • Use a company app for trip details, GPS, and documentation • Complete basic vehicle safety checks and cleanliness between trips What you bring • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record (no major violations) • At least 21 years old • Customer-service mindset; patience and professionalism • Able to pass background check & drug screening • Plus (not required): CPR/First Aid, NEMT or paratransit experience, wheelchair securement Schedule • Flexible shifts available: mornings, mid-day, evenings, weekends • Full-time or part-time; overtime opportunities during peak hours Pay & Benefits (customize to your setup) • Hourly: $14-16/hr • Performance bonuses • Paid training (HIPAA, passenger assistance, wheelchair securement) • Health, dental, vision, PTO Vehicle • Company vehicle provided How to apply (reply to this post with): 1.
