Winchester based contractor performing a wide range of concrete and masonry services is seeking experienced trades people for following: Masonry repair and restoration CMU, Brick and stone Concrete coring, cutting and patching Concrete flatwork Work is primarily within 1 hour of Winchester VA AirBnB and per diem provided for greater distances. Work attire and PPE are provided. $35 per hour paid weekly. We need experienced laborers as well starting at $22 hourly. The technician will handle basic tasks in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. The team keeps the units, buildings, and equipment maintained and repaired; handles unit inspections; responds to after-hour maintenance calls; ensures that the department has the required materials and supplies in inventory; works cooperatively with contractors and vendors servicing the property; and assists with keeping the maintenance shop in good order. The technician will participate in heavy lifting, appliance removal and installation, digging, cleaning, and other manual labor tasks as required.
