This position requires working in a refrigerated environment and on weekends, so flexibility is a must. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (others may be assigned) • Working in our walk-in cooler (refrigerated environment) to pull, process & box customers’ orders for delivery • Off-load weekly delivery to Warehouse • Ensure walk in cooler and back storage area clean and organized, with the correct BIN numbers, and properly rotated • Always maintain a proper temperature of the product • Ensures proper rotation of product Requirements: • Open availability/able to work a flexible schedule • Weekend work is MANDATORY • Minimum of one-year relevant experience • Forklift experience/certification preferred but will train • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional – Lateness & Absenteeism will not be tolerated • Reliable transportation to/from work • Must successfully pass a Pre-Employment drug test Compensation/Benefits: • $17 - 19/hr. compensation based on experience • Comprehensive Medical/Dental plans available after 90-day orientation period • 401K Program with Company contribution • Paid Vacation • Full Time, year-round schedule (Summer months included) Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in delivering quality service to our customers.
