As a Working Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing a variety of maintenance duties to ensure our residential apartments are well maintained and move-in ready. The ideal candidate is reliable, skilled in multiple trades, and able to lead by example while maintaining a professional and respectful attitude toward residents and staff. RESPONSIBIITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Supervise and perform all aspects of apartment maintenance and unit preparation. Complete electrical repairs and light fixture replacements. Perform drywall, carpentry, and cabinet/door repairs. Install and repair household appliances. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance. Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. Ability to follow directions, work independently, and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Professional and respectful attitude toward residents and staff. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
