We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tree Estimator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in assessing tree care and removal projects, providing accurate estimates, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process. Responsibilities: • Conduct on-site assessments of tree care and removal projects. • Risk Assessment: Identify potential safety hazards and concerns related to the project. • Calculate the cost of tree removal project including labor, equipment, disposal and any additional services that may need to be included such as stump grinding clean up debris. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. • Coordinate with project managers and crews to schedule and execute projects efficiently. • Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and project details. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. • Help out as a tree worker if needed • Comfortable working at heights Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Previous experience in tree removal or related field a plus • Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. • Familiar with relevant tools and equipment used in tree removal such as chain saws, chipper and cranes • Ability to work outdoor in various weather conditions • Capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects, bending, stooping and climbing Benefits: • Competitive salary commensurate with experience. • Health insurance benefits (medical, dental, vision). • Retirement savings plan (Simple IRA) with company match. • Paid time off and holidays. • Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
