We’re growing fast and need a reliable Operations & Permit Assistant to help organize, track, and execute the daily moving parts that keep deals and projects running smoothly. Responsibilities - Research property details, zoning info, and permit requirements - Prepare or assist with real estate documents or building permits - Track ADU and code-violation projects from start to finish - Coordinate inspections, city communication, and project updates - Maintain CRM data, spreadsheets, and file organization - Visit sites occasionally for photos, video, or measurements - Engage clients and follow up on sales opportunities - Conduct outreach or cold calls to property owners (sales or informational) - Support social media management & digital marketing Who We’re Looking For: We need an executor someone who takes direction, follows systems, and delivers results. You should be: - Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn - Comfortable using Google Drive, spreadsheets, and CRM tools - Professional on the phone and in person - Comfortable talking with homeowners or city staff - Tech-savvy (comfortable using AI tools or automation software) - Able to drive to local sites as needed - Equipped with your own laptop and reliable transportation Bonus Points If: - You’re bilingual (English/Spanish) - You’ve worked with CAD or Revit or drafting tools - You’re studying construction, project management, or architectural design What You’ll Gain - Real hands-on experience in real estate operations, permitting, and ADU development - Growth path to Operations Coordinator or Project Manager - Direct mentorship from leadership in a growing organization that values discipline, execution, and impact.
