Walsh Trucking is a family owned company operating since 1959. We provide high quality service to wood residual and solid waste customers throughout the Northwest. Our success has allowed us to grow as a known leader in the wood residual and solid waste transportation industry. We also offer steady year-round work for all of our Class A CDL drivers. Most of our drivers have been with us for more than 5 years and 17% have been here longer than 10 years. Base pay is $26.00 ST/$39.00 OT for Day shift, with overtime pay after 40 hours. Our drivers average 50-60 hrs per week. Class A CDL Transport driver (Portland)

Overview: As a commercial driver for our heavy-duty repair shop, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient transportation of vehicles, parts, and equipment to various locations as needed. This position requires a high level of flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction. This position is local to Portland, Oregon with a potential driving radius up to 300 miles. Responsibilities: Vehicle Transportation: • Operate commercial vehicles including heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and other specialized equipment to transport vehicles, parts, and equipment to and from customer locations, suppliers, and other facilities. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
