New hires will begin by leading tours in English (paid tours), and once the Japanese tours officially launch, you will transition into leading tours in Japanese. Position Requirements: Fluent in Japanese (mandatory) Fluent in English (mandatory) Authorized to work in the United States (mandatory) Passionate about history, movies, TV shows, pop culture, and storytelling Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay: $22/hour plus tips and incentives Depending on group size and performance, earnings can reach up to $60/hour plus tips and incentives.
