Senior Producers at Local Projects are responsible for leading and delivering interdisciplinary design projects that push boundaries and create impactful experiences. Collaborating closely with creative leadership, Senior Producers oversee all aspects of project delivery. They balance project financials, critical path dependencies, and client/creative objectives to ensure high-quality design development and execution. This role calls for individuals skilled in strategic planning and effective project delivery who can adapt to dynamic and creative environments. The ideal Senior Producer has at least seven years of experience managing projects spanning physical, digital, graphic, and technical production. They are skilled at project planning and estimating, client management, mapping efficient workflows, fostering collaboration, and ensuring clarity in project objectives, responsibilities, and deliverables. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in experiential design with at least 3 years of experience directly managing project teams. Build and sustain strong client relationships, including with senior stakeholders. Identify opportunities for additional scope within project work and negotiate scope for added services. Skills/Abilities:  Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion. Strong scheduling, organizational, and time-management skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in project management tools like Airtable, Jira, and 10,000 Ft. Adaptability and the ability to lead multiple projects in a collaborative environment. The Construction Engineer manages, evaluates and assesses information necessary to construct the project on time, within budget and to the quality specified by the contract documents. The Engineer is the individual on the project responsible for building the overall project “on paper”. Engineers work under the leadership of Project Managers. Acts as liaison with Architects, Subcontractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Inspectors and other partners in resolving issues related to plans and specifications. Oversee and make decisions related to contract drawings and subcontract information. Ensure that all drawings and specifications properly relate to the estimate. Manage submittals and shop drawings. Assess conformance to contract specifications and resolve any conflicts in interpretation. Negotiate and request change orders. Manage information related to changes in the work, prepare an independent analysis, obtain and check estimates for the changes from subcontractor; resolve any conflicts. Overseeing the close-out process. Preparing final records for the project such as Requests for Information (RFI’s), close-out records, warranties, as-builts, Operations and Maintenance manuals (O&Ms), and evaluating information to insure compliance with contract documents. Prepare Scope of Work documents for trades and develop reports related to all aspects of the project. Schedule and attend relevant meetings, such as subcontractor trade coordination meetings, preconstruction meetings, submittal review, etc. Requirements 1+ years commercial construction experience, ideally as an Intern, Field Engineer, Foreman or a similar position. Familiarity with construction management and office productivity software, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, Procore, or other web-based or mobile document and project management solutions. Experience with construction projects, mechanical/electrical systems, building materials, building mechanics, or working with craft workers is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Previous work experience preferred – ideally in commercial construction or with estimating and managing self-performed work activities and subcontracted work. Strong problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficient with office productivity software, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, or other project management solutions. Possess a valid Driver’s license in order to travel to assigned jobsites. Maintain OSHA 30, First Aid, & CPR Certification. Presidio is seeking a Server Engineer for a customer in Center City Philadelphia. The preferred candidate would be local to the Greater Philadelphia area and able to travel into the office 3 days a week. This individual will be a member of IT Help Desk Team and ensure systems are operational, configured appropriately and performing correctly. Responsibilities: Server operations: Measure the power and performance of various server platforms including both internal and competitive systems. Responsible for server assembly, operation, SW installation and debug/repair of hardware. Setup, configure, run maintenance, and lifecycle of Storage and Data Backup solutions. Patch management testing and coordination including development and testing security patch packages. Participate in technical on-call rotation. Installation and maintenance: Install parts (e.g. processors, memory, storage, NICs, etc.) for both rack and bench systems. Perform routine data collection and maintain systems, racks, power, network, and remote access. Serve as a key enabler for offsite resources by resetting systems, swapping out parts, and providing overall scheduling for server usage. Maintain lab server and network infrastructure and conduct automated tests on Clients Software/Hardware components. Configure Windows, setup PC from scratch, and troubleshoot hardware and software. Load drivers in Windows. Assist in maintaining IP Addressing database. Assist in maintenance and auditing of all monitoring systems. Excellent customer service skills including the ability to work with all levels of employee. Must possess a sense of urgency and work well under pressure. Ability to work independently, remotely or as a team. Ability to participate in on call rotation that may include evenings and weekends.
