We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join Sans and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. From digital campaigns and email marketing to packaging and printed materials, you’ll help shape how our customers experience Sans every day. This role is critical as we scale—ensuring our design system is cohesive, impactful, and elevated across channels. Responsibilities Design and produce digital assets including emails, ads, social graphics, and web content that are on-brand and performance-driven. Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals. Support packaging design, from ideation through production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Create printed materials (inserts, retail collateral, campaign pieces) that extend the Sans brand offline. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all creative. Manage multiple projects and timelines, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements 3–5 years of design experience, ideally within consumer brands or agencies. We have physical locations here in California and engaged in work in throughout the Western and Southwestern USA. We have a very large website and some small sites that sell or promote items popular to our trade such as; flagstone, landscape boulders, decomposed granite, decorative rock and mulch. But don't have why YOU HAVE, a strong background in E-commerce and effective website development and management. We are far better then most in our industry but very bad at not being the best.
