Proficiency with security tools (surveillance, access control, and alarm software) and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, dependable, able to work independently, and manage priorities Shifts include nights and weekends. Honest, responsible, and trustworthy when handling confidential information. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give and follow clear instructions. Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record. Ability to pass a background check with an emphasis on security. High school diploma or GED required.
