Your room is spacious (16 ft x 11 ft), on the upper floor, furnished (if you prefer I can remove some or all of the furniture so that you can bring your own). The room has central air conditioning, a good size closet, hardwood floor with an optional nice rug, a ceiling fan and a 55" TV mounted on the wall (or you can bring your own). Internet connection is super fast (ATT Fiber) with unlimited streaming. For your convenience there is a fully equipped exercise room/gym, large living room with a gas fireplace, spacious and well equipped kitchen (with two fridges), laundry room with high capacity washer and dryer, and a nice private deck and back yard. Available October 1st. For your convenience renting is month to month, $750 for the first month (including a $100 discount to help you with moving costs etc.), and $850 per month afterwards.
